XD menu language, how to change it?

Hello support, i cant find here on forum how to change the language, i am having problems with XD, after an update it changed to japanese language and i dont know how to reverse it, i tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but still goes in japanese language i dont know why, any help would be great, thanks.

P.D. On the creative cloud interface it is selected english as language, i dont know why it is going japanese instead. I saw an application.xml file on installation path and tried to remove the lines of all languages and leave just 'en_US' but the system don't allow me to modify this file.
