Microphone Icon

I was using Lr tonight, I noticed a microphone icon and a "recycle" icon in the develop module, bottom right of the window, where did they come from? why are they there? and why was my webcam on?

That is from some other program you have running on your system.

It looks like the icons from Nvidia's Share utility.  You can turn it off by following the instructions here: Disabling the GeForce Experience Share In-game Overlay | NVIDIA .  These game utilities have a nasty habit of showing up on top of LR.

As stated before it has nothing to do with LR. Those icons would show up over the top of any program window you have open. That is why they are semi transparent. They are from some nVidia program.
