I have uninstalled InDesign 15 and reinstalled. I have uninstalled 15 and updated to 17. And I have signed out of CC and signed back in. Nothing works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tray trashing you InDesign preferences:
Close and relaunch InDesign, and IMMEDIATELY hold down Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or Cmd + Ctrl + Opt + Shift (Mac), and respond in the affirmative to the dialog asking if you really want to replace the preferences. You must be extremely fast on the keyboard (if you don’t see the confirmation prompt, you were too slow!)
You may have to do it a couple of times before you get the hang of it.
Also try turning off GPU Performance in Preferences.

Thanks Derek. Before I saw your response, I uninstalled InDesign I went into the user files (C:\Usersusername\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign) and moved the entire folder to the desktop. I then reinstalled InDesign and that has seemed to work. Although I do have to update all of my preferences.
Thanks for responding!
Mike

That's a Mac only preference.
