Video Card Issue only in InDesign?

I'm having some weird redraw problems in Indesign. I've taken a screen cap of it. This only started about a week ago.

I don't believe it's happening in other programs, so wondering if anyone else has had similar issues.

InDesign build 12.1.0.56

If you're on a Mac, try turning off the GPU. Preferences > GPU Performance. Uncheck it.
