PS 17 is not working properly.  I want to reinstall PS 15 but I cannot find and install for it.  Does anyone know where I can find one?

If you mean that Photoshop CC 2017 is not working for you so you want to revert to Photoshop CC 2015, try

After Photoshop the naming switched to CS with ended with CS6 when CC took over.

If you are talking about Photoshop Elements please post on the appropriate Forum otherwise please provide more information.
