PDF Database? - Muse

I need to be able to make a spreadsheet like format where the first column is a date and the second column is a pdf file that people can download.  I need about 50 dates with pdf files.  I also need my customer to be able to change and update the pdf files. 

How can I do this?  Can I use In-Browser- Editing for my clients to make changes?  I need this to be simple to use and view on a responsive site.

What Ussnorway said. There is no out of the box solution in Muse to achieve this. You will need developers that can do this for you.
