but now its outdated and it links to this entry site: "http://create.adobe.com/

how can i find it please?

Adobe updates their site all the time, and that page from somewhere around 2007/8 has likely been taken down. 

Here is a guide moving from Quark to InDesign for CS5, but still looks relevant for current versions:

You might want to check out the Moving to InDesign book on amazon.com. It is written by well respected authors.
