I've been using the IPad version of Lightroom for a while and have just recently started a trial version of LR. As yet I have not been able to edit a single photo!
When I try to "Get started with Lightroom mobile" I get as far as logging into Adobe Cloud but then I'm faced with a blank page. Occasionally IO get a message that the computer does not appear to be connected to the internet, but it is.
I'm running Windows 10 PRO.
Any help would be appreciated (before the trial runs out!!)

Bummer. Did you happen to restart the whole computer. If not, do that and let me know if it comes back alive. In the meantime, I'll whip up a ticket to have an agent work directly with you.

Hi Jeff, I have tried deleting and restarting before attempting to signing in through Lightroom first and also signing into the cloud first and then Lightroom. No luck with either.
