Publish Online-Interactive PDF

Hi,

When I publish my interactive PDF to 'Publish Online' I loose the text boxes and interactivity of a tick box and submit form yet the buttons work?

Is there a way round this?

Publish Online doesn't support the form features in interactive PDF. Only PDF can create live, interactive forms.
