There are frequent programming errors in photoshop save files

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

I could not understand the text in the screenshot you had posted so my advice was very broad and generic – did it make any difference on the problem?
