In the past there was a service that a user with E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS problem can use a support chat requesting the reset of the device allocation.
I tried it today but for the tools Adobe Digital Additions the only support offered by the support web sites is this forum. No chat with a support operator, who can reset the activitions, is offered by the web site.
I think I will stop reading ebook using Adobe IDs and return to printed books or to other ID supports.

Yes, how can I have my activations reset? I have had a series of crashes and had to reinstall windows more than once and now I needed to reauthorize my computer but am unable to and can't find a way to reset my activations. Please help.

chat then AFTER I got off Chat I tried it again & it is not working - maybe
I have to deauthorize it and then authorize it each time?? in the past
when it is not working I have uninstalled and then installed Adobe Digital
editions ( would this cause the prompt "too many activations"? I will try

The same problem about resetting the activations happens to me.
Is Adobe also owned my mr. D. Trump?
It would explain the troubles.
