I have a huge video in .iso format (50 GB) that I want to convert into a compressed .mp4 and I was hoping that I could import it to after effects then export it, but no Adobe programs accept .iso files. Does anyone know of a way to turn an .iso video into a smaller .mp4? I have access to after effects, premiere pro, and media encoder. I wasn't sure which thread to use so I used this one.

Hi Bobs,

ISO is an archive file format & is not a supported file format of AfterEffects, Premiere Pro & Media Encoder. Please use a compatible program to extract the files located in ISO file & use Adobe Media Encoder to transcode the files into MP4.

Thanks,

Vidya.

It could be a video file in an iso form. Or an authored disk.
