Hello within the last few days I have had problems with light room. it tells me all the time it has encountered a problem and must close, I'm very frustrated and don't know what to do. I even created a new catalog but that's not working either

I'm having the same issue. about every five minutes lightroom closes and asks me if I'd like to back up the catalog. NOTE: it's not "crashing", it's closing as if I had decide to quit, which I haven't. I"m a professional working under deadline and I can't have a tool that's randomly quitting on me. It's ridiculous that we can't call a support technician to sort this out.

PS -- this error has only started since I updated Lightroom to the current version last week. !
