Tablet Question

I have a comouter/tablet (Asus t100a)  and it is a touch screen. A regular stylus can be used with illustrator for drawing (without pressure sensitivity) can it be used in photoshop also? Or is that a mouse only type of deal

A stylus or finger can be used in photoshop for basic user interface maneuvers. To use the brush tool for example would require a pen that provides pressure sensitivity.
