Hi there,

Recently I have encountered a problem whereby when I go into Lightroom, the preview panels are all grey boxes. Also, when I click on "Y" I could not see my before edited images.

Some information:

-I'm using a Sony mirrorless camera a6300

-I created a new catalog

-I reinstalled Lightroom

-I had  already purge cache

Have you guys encountered this problem and is there a solution?

Thank you! Your help is much appreciated and needed.

I think it's a problem with the GPU support.

Take a llok here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html#troubleshooting

If this not solve your problem you have to post more system informations.

Regards

Axel
