Lightroom crashes on exit every time!

Hi Folks,

Over the past week or two Lightroom has been crashing every time I exit, regardless if I do a backup or not.  Here's the crash report:

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for reaching out and providing the crash report.

As per the report, you haven't updated Lightroom to the latest version 6.10.

Please update to the latest version Keep your Lightroom version up to date

Hi Akash,

I have this problem with 6.10 with the exact same crash report for vulcan.dll.  There's nothing in the release notes indicating that the newer versions fix the problem.  Nevertheless, I've upgraded to 6.12 and the problem persists.  Solution?
