Changing cursor size in Premiere Pro CC 2017

Whenever I'm working on the timeline and select a tool like the razor, hand, forward select or whatever, the cursor is huge.  It didn't used to be that way, but it's driving me nuts.  How do I shrink the cursor back down to normal size?

Mac or PC?

I have seen random momentary instances of this (but unlike your case, the cursor enlarges then returns to regular size) on my mac in multiple applications since the last OS update.

Thanks.  Unfortunately, this is not a Windows Issue, with the link you sent me is all about. This is just inside Premiere Pro and only when I use the tools in the timeline.  The cursor size is fine anywhere else in the program.  I'm sure there has to be some setting somewhere to change it, I just can't figure where that is
