My iPad mini 2 get stuck every time when I try to mark on any pdf file in Adobe

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean when you say that your iPad "gets stuck"?

When you say you are trying to mark on the PDF file, do you mean that you are using one of the commenting tools, such as the Highlighter tool?
