speed up clip

Ok slowing down a clip can be a problem for a metter related to fps

But speeding up shouldn't isnt'it?

i try to speed at 115% my clip 23,96fps and it is not nice..i can see the little step.

is there a way to speed up in a smoother way?

Have you tried with the interpolation set to optical flow?
