I have a CPU with a PCI Express 8x slot. I intend to buy a videocard to use with Premiere and After Effects. I already know the video card list specified in the Premiere minimum requiremen.  Can anybody tell me if there is any  os this card available in the PCI Express 8x format? Thanks in advance. As long as the motherboard PCIe connector is physically x16 you can place any card in it and it will operate x8.  I have seen slightly reduced graphics performance because the card only runs at x8.

If your motherboard is physically x8 you do have a problem.  There are some antiques like the GT630-SL-1GD3-L which today is a pitiful excuse for a GPU
