I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC to export PDF to Excel and/or Word. In the case of Excel the columns are all jacked up and I have to spend hours unmerging and merging columns to get usable data. When exporting the same PDF to Word I get tables within tables, columns are shifted down, etc. so again I have to spend hours fixing the data so it is usable. I have a large amount of data and I'm wasting monumental amounts of time fixing the exported data. Is there some work around to fix this issue or have I just wasted my money?

Without seeing your files, what happens when you copy your perfect Word table exported from Acrobat and paste it into Excel?
