3d - Can we paint on select Face only?

Hello!

I started trying the 3D function in Photoshop CC. I created a simple .obj in Maya and I exported it to Photoshop after I created my UV.

Can we select a specific face to paint on in the 3D views?

Yes

You can also use the selection tools to limit the extent of your brush
