NKS5 for Photoshop CC 2017

Hi!

Just trying to install this old toolkit and not being able to do it. Does anyone know if this is still ok to use?

I'm working with watercolours and I was really interested in the Fast Blend tool.

If NKS5 is not longer available, any suggestion on a toll that replaces the fast blend one?
