Generally this is not ideal. If there is something very tangible and specific such as you accidentally submitted an image with a watermark then you could remove the watermark and resubmit. If however the rejection reason was more vague it's best to move on to the next image.

Thanks for writing. There is no way to remove the rejected file history from your account. It's there to help you (and us) keep track of what you have already submitted.
