I'm trying to get this effect around the logo?
I think this is done with the Bevel effect, but can't get the same effect?

I can't tell you any different to the last answer, but it might help a bit with my UI being in English
Fof the oval
And the stars. Note the Gloss Contour. This sort of radical curve shape is good for 'metal' effects. The Shading altitude is fairly critical with multi faceted shapes like the star, so teak for best effect.

Edit > Stroke, 14 px (in the big version, depends on size of the logo)
Bevel & emboss + a slightly off-white color overlay
