System crashes/BSODs

Good morning,

We have an end-user that uses the Adobe Suite and has been
having problems using the software. She primarily uses Photoshop, Illustrator
and InDesign. Just about every time she uses one of the three applications, her
system crashes with BSODs. I’m an IT rep and I’ve been trying to troubleshoot
the problem but have yet to figure out a solution. We recently updated her with
a new workstation and here are some specs for the machine:

Make/Model: HP EliteDesk 800 G2

Processor: i7 Core Processor

Storage/RAM: 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM

OS: Windows 7/64-bit

Please let me know what I can try to get this issue
resolved.
