Did I get the Wrong PHOTOSHOP!!!?

I have basically opened my photo shop and when I go to File-New it says to create in inches. On Youtuube i see people with the same version but when they click new they get a 2560x720 ect. screen how do i get it like theirs?

Choose your units in Preferences - Units and Rulers

and whatever preferences are set, in the New Document window, you can use the dropdown to choose whatever unit size you want to create.
