Any time I start working in 3D I receive

After Effects Error : CINEMA 4D: Render Failed 5070 :: 0

render failed.PNG

I've created a really basic project with just 3D extruded text rotating. As soon as I add multiple layers or just enable motion blur the above error pops up.

I cant get any work done now. This is a brand new computer build and I have to use an older and slower computer just to get work done for clients.

I've already tried

-uninstalling and reinstalling

-deleting preferences

-uninstalling graphic drivers

-rolling back to older drivers

Cinema 4D Lite works fine alone

Games with intense graphics running at 2k resolution have no problem on this system.

PLEASE HELP

Im using

windows 10

intel i7 -7700k

nvidia gtx 1080

64 GB ram

What, exact, version number of AE are you using?

Also, if you look in the composition settings,

3D-renderer-enabled-options.png

you'll note that the Cinema 4D renderer does not support motion blur. If you want motion blur, I would suggest faking it with effects like CC Force Motion Blur.

Hey Szalam,

I'm running the latest After Effects

Screen Shot 2017-04-07 at 1.23.12 PM.pngI understand that blur isn't supported. Nothing 3D isn't working though.

Your post seemed to indicate that things were working until you switched on motion blur. So just...don't do that.
