Applications boot painfully slow

I have a Creative Cloud Account on my Workstation. The forty Workstations operated by students in my lab have Adobe CC software installed through an Enterprise agreement. Starting Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, these all take at least twice as long to start up as the equivalent software on the student workstations.
