I received a message, "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 64-bit has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the progam and notify you if a solution is available."

It has been over a week.  I have not been notified.  I have seeked help with online chat. I was referred to the forum. Has anyone solved this problem on their computer?

Windows will close the program and notify you

Note the word "Windows".  And microsoft will never contact you !

You will have to start your own investigation, and my first suggestion would be to look in Event Viewer to see if you can find the cause of the "...stop working"  Try to open Lightroom and another 'crash' will be recent in the Event Viewer.

You may find that a Graphics card driver is the problem.
