Hi,

I am a new user of LR. After importing folders of images, I could browse them in LR:

But if I try to process any one of them, by clicking on "Develop", it shows a blank:

I know it worked before, it must be some settings that was messed up? just can't figure it out.

thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason

Have you tried disabling GPU acceleration? Let us know if that makes a difference.

Go to:

Edit >> Preferences >> Performance (tab)

Lightroom >> Preferences >> Performance (tab) on Mac OS

Uncheck the box “Use Graphics Processor”

Then click OK

Go to the Lightroom preferences, performance tab, uncheck the graphics processor option. That should resolve the issue.

Thank you both for your quick reply, that was it!

is it a little odd that by default it wouldn't show the picture? what's that option for?
