Hi. We currently have two readers and a PC attached to the account. Old devices are long gone. I know I am supposed to contact you to have the Activation counter reset but I seem to be caught in a support loop and I'm unsure how to open a support case. Can you help?

I actually found out how to reset. I was trying to work through Digital Editions on the Support page when in fact I needed the "Account Issues" tab and then Adobe ID and Sign in which allowed Chat support and they fixed my problem in a few minutes
