Extracting data into Excel or Access

Looking for a method to extract certain data from a fillable PDF and import into Excel or Access for analysis.  For example, i want to extract just the input data from an Intake form.  Do this for any number of intake forms into the same Excel spreadsheet or Access data base.

You can export the form data from one or multiple files into a text file, which can then be opened in Excel or imported into an Access DB.

The exact location of these commands depends on your version of Acrobat.
