Im Out $120 I guess!?Bought a new comp and Yearly PS plan But comp was messed up and I had to get new one But Im guessing only one card per computer??

Just got The photoshop/Lightroom yearly subscription card last week (from a local Best Buy Store)  along with my New Mac mini..Well My Mac mini ended up having an Issue and I had to get a new Mac mini..But Does that mean I can't use the subscription card on the new computer? I tried the website that the card tells you to redeem from but says my code was already used..I saved all the files on external hard drive that were previously downloaded But doesn't seem to give me any option to re download..So I'm guessing I'm out the $120 and have to get a new card for this new computer? Any feedback greatly appreciated thank you

Some general information for a Cloud subscription
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
