When I add a folder using iTunes on adobe reader on iPhone 7, the folder showed as a file icon. I tried to delete it and got this message " couldn't be removed the file doesn't exist.

Acrobat Reader 17.06.12 is now available in the App Store.
It should resolve the problem that you have experienced. This problem occurs when you use iTunes for Windows to transfer files from a Windows computer to an iPhone/iPad.

Could you please share the exact steps you do to add a folder in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Please let us know if you can open that folder on your desktop without any issues.
Can you share the screenshot of the error message and the location where that folder reflects?

To add the files I did the following steps
1- connected the phone using the cable
2- lunched iTunes
3- clicked iphone button
4- clicked apps tab
5- scrolled to file sharing
6- selected adobe acrobat
7- clicked add and add the folders
Also I can open the folder with no problem on the computer.
I donot know how to share screen shots here.

Did you try to add any other folder or file on Adobe Reader?
If yes, did you experience the same issue with that file/folder?

Could you please try once to upload the file to Document Cloud from your desktop.
Then sign in to your account on your iOS device and try to open that file from Document Cloud.
Check if the file opens without any issue.
Also, can you share that file with us? We will try to replicate the issue at our end.
