Warp tool mirrored

I have the most bizarre problem.

My Warp tool (Transform > Warp) is working backwards, the controls work on the opposite side - so if I drag a handle in one corner, it affects the diagonally opposite corner. It's making using the Warp tool impossible.

Any ideas with regards to fixing it?

Thanks!

Try resetting Photoshop preferences... Sounds like a glitch/bug...

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.
