Losing Hyperlinks Exporting HTML File From InDesign

Since switching to InDesign CC, When I export my document to an HTML file, many of the links (that work fine when I export to a PDF) come through in the code as <a href="">. Not all of them, just some. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
