Adobe DC Standard using measuring tool markup shows as another user.

Hi,

User reports that when the measuring tool is used to mark up a PDF, the mark up shows as another user.

This is a concern due to the user that actually made the change to the PDF is not the user shown as making the change.

The company has one Adobe account hosting company wide licenses.

Acrobat DC Standard

This is currently only happening on Windows 10 machines.

This issue happens on all PDF.

The user is logged into the computer as himself.

Please advise.

Have them make sure that the "Always use log-in name for author name" option is ticked, under Edit - Preferences - Commenting.
