I purchased Lightroom Single Program for Mac € 132 from Adobe site and then downloaded, but I can not install it! The serial number received via email and my Adobe account does not work ... how do I do it?

What do you mean by "does not work"? What happens when you try to install it?

The only thing I can suggest is that you confirm the number and try again. A Lightroom serial number consists of six groups of four numbers, the first four digits are always in 1160, there are no letters (all numbers). I am not an Adobe employee. I don't have access to any information that would enable me to provide anything more.

The only thing I can suggest is that you contact Adobe. Here is a link where you can initiate a live chat with someone from Adobe, and perhaps they can help you.
