Adobe Digital Edition freezes...

Hello,

When download e-books, the app (on i-phone) freezes. I tried almost everything, like uninstalling the app and reinstall it, but did not work. Freezes in the same point as in the begining... Maybe is a problem with my ID, but chat person sent me to the forrum to find answer to my issue....
