How to get photos from Lightroom mobile to desktop?

I have started using Lightroom mobile while on the road, mostly to take RAW photos with my iPhone. It has come to the point that I need to work on them on my laptop, but I can't figure out how to get them there. I realise that there is some kind of Cloud sync functionality built in, but that does not help me since:

A) I don't use Lightroom on my desktops. Never have, I prefer Bridge + PS.

B) I am in a very remote area without mobile data and Wifi that is so slow that I can't even send iPhone snapshots out to friends.

Surely, there must be another, more reliable, way to transfer the photos to my laptop, right?

Conrad's second post on this thread may help?

When will an option to export DNG files be introduced?

And then maybe you could use Image Capture or the Windows equivalent?

Thanks for the tip! It's a shame that this only works for one image at a time though...
