Salve,spero che qualcuno avrà modo di delucidarmi su questa questione problematica. Perché i testi non sono selezionabili? Diventano immagini. Ci sono impostazioni a riguardo?

You need to be a little more careful and do not use system fonts. Use only web fonts or standard fonts. If you need some kind of designer font, set it as a web font.
