What is the pixel size of your document and at what zoom level were you viewing it when you took your screenshot?

If you are viewing at greater than 100% then you will see the pixels making up the text. That is unavoidable. Those grey edges are the anti-aliasing which you can turn off - but you will still see the pixels at high zoom levels.
