So I've done a flyer design... 6 sides A5 - zickzack flyer - so 3 actual pages on 1 spread / page and 3 pages on the 2nd spread.

Now when the client wants the single pages as single pdf / jpg - how would I go about exporting it ?

This should help. It’s old but nothing much has changed in this regard.

Easiest way I can think of is to create a new ID file with two three-page spreads sized accordingly. Place the PDF of the original file and then export a new PDF from there.

awesome, thanks!

Although one thing is still confusing me.. I've created the new document as A5... and copied over contents from the old document (also A5) but the page dimensions don't match..

aah, InDesign is the worst for me out of all the whole Adobe Suite..

There’s nothing wrong with InDesign in this case that a little knowledge won’t fix.

Why did you create the new document as A5? The new document should be 1/3 the width so that the three page spread will be A5.
