Document Cloud disconnects everyday

Everyday, my Adobe app disconnects me from Document Cloud and asks me to log in again (using iOS on iPad and iPhone). I tryed reintalling the app, but the problem is still there. Last 12 hours, I had to reconnect 3 times. What should I do?

Sorry for the delay in response.

We have released a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for Ipad and Iphone.

Please try updating the application and check if the issue still occurs.

If you still experience the issue, please share the pictures you are referring to in reply 2.

To add the image file, please use the insert icon provided on the reply window as shown below:

Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.

Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Also, let us know if it disconnects while working on the application or only when you open the application again.

We will be waiting for your response.
