Is there any way to simultaneously upgrade out of the student version and install into a new computer?

I bought the student version of cs6 and I graduated but my computer died. I would like to upgrade to the non-student version while also installing it into my new computer. Is this possible at all? Thanks.

Adobe no longer sells CS6 anything. It's all Cloud subscriptions these days.

So the only "upgrade" path is to join a Cloud plan.

You can still continue to use CS6 Student version as normal, even if you're not a student.

On your new computer, download CS6 from Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications , install then enter your CS6 serial number.
