Can't save a PDF after using Text Highlighter

I'm reading a PDF file and using Text Highlighter in some sections, using two differents colors of highlighter and when I try to save the file, the Dialog Box "Save as" just stay in white and nothing appear... I've tryied send it with Outlook, but doesn't work... And it's happening with other files (not all of them, maybe one per 10 files) when I use Text Highlighter... Why does it happen? (Sorry for my english level)

Try troubleshooting steps suggested in the link below:

"save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.

Have you tried saving pdf file using Save As option without highlighting the pdf, does that work?

What is the version of Acrobat Reader/Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine?
