Publishing to Flickr adds .jpg after custom name.

How do you set-up publishing manager so when you rename file to a custom name the custom name does not end with .jpg? This is happening when publishing to Flickr.

This seems less an Adobe problem and more like Flickr policy.  JPG is a standard web image file format. 

I quote from the Flickr website.  This says it all.  Flickr upload requirements | Yahoo Help - SLN15628

Supported file types

Photo formats

• JPEG.
• PNG.
• GIF (non-animated).
• All other formats will be converted to JPEG.
