I have a pdf file that is 775 pages long but only weighs 4,5 mb. I get "conversion failure" when I try to convert. It can't be the weight since the max is 100 mb so I figure it's the length. I will try to divide it up, but before I go on a trial-and-error quest, does anyone have experience with what an acceptable # of pages is in order to make sure it gets converted?
Thanks
Anders
Hi andersb94990139,
Sorry for the delay in response.
There is no page limit to export the PDF file.
Adobe Export PDF supports conversion of PDF files up to 100 MB.
As you get conversion failure, it seems to be the file issue.
Did you try to export other files to check if you get the same error message?
You may try once to export file online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
Is it possible for you to share your file with us?
