After update to Lightroom 2015.10.1, (camera raw 9.10.1) profiles for lenses are lost in develope module (I have Nikon and Tamron lenses). Only embeded profile is active and only a few priles can be activated manualy in lens correction.

In the library module the correct lens is shown.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer then. I would recommend posting on this other Adobe page, where Adobe technical staff are more directly looped in to track and respond to potential bugs. (If I knew how to, I would move your post.)

Any chance you are working with a JPEG? You won't see as many profiles with JPEGs as with raw files.
